Stega interiors stripped out this old building previously a Yorkshire Bank and fitted it out to the designed drawings to form the bespoke cafe
Stripping out of the fittings and fixtures revealed charming existing and appealing features which were quickly adapted to a high standard to add to the quirks and twists of the design.
All the ceilings were removed ensuring all debris and hangers were gone leaving a clean and tidy strip. Walls were taken down with care whilst retaining the fabric of the building.
New walls were constructed creating the layout of the cafe allowing for 1st Fix MPE services to begin.
Walls were plastered whilst the creation of a raised seating area with MF ceiling and trellis details were formed.
Door frames and architraves were fitted releasing the coloured ceilings to be installed.
Flooring works started in the kitchen and toilet areas and were soon protected allowing for 2nd fix services and decorations to start.
The new shop front lobby was installed freeing up fire interfacing and security alarm works and the completion of all flooring works.
M&E services were coming to a close and so too were the wallpaper and general finishes.
Kitchen equipment was supplied and installed along with the fixtures and fittings and furniture within the cafe. Cat walks and cat runs were completed and giant scratching poles and quirky features fitted and the whole construction programme of six weeks was managed with efficiency -safety and to high standards on budget.
